India Post Creates Merit by Converting Grades and Points into Marks. Must Pass all Subjects in Tenth. The Merit List is also Generated Automatically as it is Applied Online. Eligibility is 10th Class so Merit is Based on Marks Obtained in Tenth. Doubt may Arise as to What he Situation is if The Marks of The Two Candidates are Equal. The Date of Birth is Then Considered. Merit is Given only to Those Who are Older.
